[Because Rin is confident in her cooking skills she doesn't sit on tenterhooks watching him eat. Instead she takes Dabi elbowing the bag over as an invitation to start rummaging through the tissue paper. The meal ticket for two causes her to knit her brow some, and when she gets to the perfume Rin will uncap it to take a small sniff.
The floral scent is pleasant, but the sandalwood base note twists her feelings a bit. With sandalwood as its base she almost feels as if it's not "girly enough" to mask her... Well, everything. Sure, the scent as a complete experience is spot on, but that hint of something not explicitly feminine worries her. If only because she's still too caught up in trying to "make up" for what she perceives as her most undesirable traits.
