Unless the power is purposefully concealed, mages have the ability to sense magical power in others. This applies both to humanoids and to magical items as well as barriers. In addition to this, Rin has affinity with "All Five Great Elements," so if your character's magical ability is noticeable and is aligned with a specific element (or the character has some kind of attribute that is element aligned) feel free to include that!
Five Great Elements: Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, and Ether (Imaginary Element) Note — Each element can have sub-divisions (like plants under Earth, Ice under Water, Electricity under Fire or Wind depending on the source, "Void" under Ether/Imaginary) so that may be something to keep in mind.

Other Notes: I should really have filled this out earlier for the above reason, since he has a lot of it too, oops - though, according to canon, Tao flares with emotion, so if you'd like we could always say how much he's got will only become noticeable whenever she first sees him actually get heated about something. If relevant, it's also most concentrated in his abdomen!

Magical/Non-Magical: My character is nonmagical unless! She has her Mask. Since she's the highest Magic stat in P5, it's safe to assume she gives off magical vibes as Panther - it'll be Fire aligned.
Can Rin Sense this: She can sense something's up with Panther! it's up to you if you want Rin to know that Panther is Ann or not, I'm fine either way.
Magical/Non-Magical: SO TECHNICALLY Dodger is not magical - the general consensus among superhero fans seems to be that superpowers are not magic, and do not work the way magic does. BUT, not every version of him is non-magical and his attachment to this reality is always fairly unstable. So he might occasionally give off Fire-aligned signatures for just a second and then go back to being non-magical.
Can Rin Sense this: Definitely
Other Notes: Since Maggie and I concluded that Dodger has a fairly strong Tao signature, Rin might be able to sense that too. It's Fire-aligned and is generally strong but 'flickers' with more or less strength pretty much at random. Neither this nor the random magical flickers would be affected by his invisibility so there's a chance for Rin to notice him while he's invisible.
